  • House of Cards to resume production for final season without Kevin Spacey

Good riddance, Frank Underwood.

Netflix has said the final season of U.S. political drama "House of Cards" will start production next year and will not star Kevin Spacey, who is facing a number of allegations of sexual misconduct.

Anthony Rapp said that Kevin made sexual advances towards him when he was 14, and the actor was 26.

Launched in 2013, Chinese company Honor is Finland's number one brand and number 3 in Russian Federation behind Apple and Samsung. Huawei sub-brand Honor has finally launched the successor of its popular Honor 6X smartphone in India called the Honor 7X .

Today, Netflix announced (via Variety) that House of Cards Season 6 filming will resume in early 2018 with an eight-episode final season as opposed to the usual 13. Spacey addressed the accusation on Twitter, apologizing for the act but saying he didn't remember it.

It's nearly certain that the focus of the show will now be put on Robin Wright, who plays Claire, the wife of Kevin Spacey's character, Frank Underwood. Several men have since accused the actor of sexual misconduct and Spacey is the subject of multiple investigations. To which we say: finally. The natural course of the show long ago turned Frank Underwood into a almost unbearable character, a hardheaded man who would do anything to maintain his grip on power. Netflix subsequently stated that it would "not be involved with any further production of House of Cards that includes Kevin Spacey". The show has also had to contort itself into all sorts of odd directions in order to ensure that Frank keeps winning. At the end of season five, the series had diverted focus on Wright's character, who was sworn in as the US president. Eric Roth - chief writer for House Of Cards' first four seasons - has been attached to the project. It doesn't seem like it will be particularly hard for the writers to tip the main narrative fully in Claire's direction-though how they'll manage to explain away Frank's absence is another issue entirely.
