  • An Intern At Apple Stole And Then Leaked Critical iPhone Source Code, Says Report

Apple has addressed numerous complaints with patches and small updates, but it's a far cry from the "It Just Works" mantra that originally held. iOS 12 will be the company's first push to reclaim that, it's reported. If the latest report is anything to consider, Apple is apparently working on a new iPad which will come with inbuilt Face ID.

Apple's software head Craig Federighi told engineers last month that they would have "more time to work on new features and focus on under-the-hood refinements without being tied to a list of new features annually simply so the company can tout a massive year-over-year leap", as reported by Bloomberg.

That is not to say there will not be any new features for iPhone and iPad users to look forward to. Apple launches an upgrade to its mobile operating system iOS at its annual developers event WWDC held in June every year.

Developers will get more time to work on new features and on perfecting code at a lower software layer instead of rushing to meet the annual release cycle.

Although the tight deadlines and a multitude of features may not be appreciated by Apple engineers, the feature-packed updates are definitely appreciated by consumers and have kept them tied to the Apple ecosystem.

Moreover, iPad users will have to wait until 2019 for significant software updates including a new Tabs feature.

Firmino: Liverpool will make life hard for Porto
The Reds have a good record against Porto , with two wins and two draws from the four games played between the two sides. In fact, I hate it. "Usually in private if I get asked a question about the next round, I leave the room immediately".

Apple's iOS 12 is rumored to feature Animoji in FaceTime, improved Siri integration, and new Do Not Disturb features and more. That doesn't mean iOS 12 will be devoid of new features.

That routine, combined with the fact that Apple opted long ago to make those major updates free to install for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch owners, has helped maintain excitement around iOS in general.

So if you're an iOS user and you've been jonesing for those features, just be patient. These include redesigned home screens for the iPhone, iPad, and CarPlay. On Friday, Motherboard reported that the leak started in 2016, when an Apple employee took that and other software to share with a group of five friends.

Apple is also expected to add a redesigned version of its in-house stock-tracking app. The new features will be implemented as a part of the software release that is recently codenamed as "Peace".

Apple (aapl) is making a big change to the way it updates its software for iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads, by relaxing its development schedule. This new tool follows an open letter from two large Apple investors early this year who expressed concern that kids are too addicted to their digital devices.
