We've been saying the Galaxy Note 9 may be ready with the under-display optical fingerprint sensor but unfortunately, and for the second time, the technology may not be ready.

Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge will be getting the Oreo update on April 13, followed by Galaxy Tab S3 on May 24 and then the mid-range smartphone A7 (2018) on 25th of May.

The Galaxy Note 9 is expected to be launched in August and considering the design of the Galaxy S9 didn't change too much from its predecessor, it's unlikely the Note 9 will differ too greatly from the Note 8.

A photo taken with the Galaxy S8 in low light conditions. And this year it's all about the camera: Samsung's new phones have a mechanical dual aperture that can adjust depending on the lighting and a new Super Slo-mo feature that automatically creates GIFs from your footage.

It is worth mentioning that the company has recently launched Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus in India.

Waymo and Google launch a self-driving truck pilot in Atlanta
The announcement comes two days after rival Uber Technologies said its self-driving trucks will haul cargo on Arizona highways. Alphabet's self-driving auto tech division, Waymo, has been making quite a bit of progress with their vehicles lately.

We're looking forward to seeing what Samsung has prepared for us in the coming months, and of course as soon as we've got some official news or some unofficial leaks to share, we'll report them here.

We spent more than a week with the Galaxy S9+ instead of the Apple iPhone X, so here are five things I like about the Galaxy S9 from the iPhone X.

Specifically speaking, there were three Galaxy S9 features that gave me more flexibility in terms of how I used the phone: fingerprint sensor, microSD card slot, and the headphone jack. Therefore, if you would like to wait for the latest and greatest from Samsung, or even wait for a price cut on the S9, all you need to have is patience.

The device takes advantage of a Snapdragon 660 and 4GB of RAM with 128GB of native storage. The South Korean smartphone manufacturer posted a list of handsets as well as a timeline on when they will receive the Android Oreo update.

Reason #8: It's going to cost a lot to fix if you drop the phoneCracked Galaxy S8. The phone was earlier available at Rs 16,900, it means the device will now cost Rs 14,900. We're not sure what's happening now but Vivo is already using a similar technology as made possible by Synaptics' Clear ID in-display sensor.
