World Boxing Organisation (WBO) heavyweight champion Joseph Parker has slammed Anthony Joshua for trying to reduce his weight ahead of the title fight in Cardiff on March 31.

News of UFC's interest in Joshua comes only a few days after Mayweather revealed plans to compete in mixed martial arts with the aim of taking to the octagon and fighting in the UFC.

White, at the time, would not go into details on the story behind the shirt or whether "Zuffa Boxing" was something fans could anticipate becoming a reality.

Other specific details about the contract have not yet been disclosed although White has reportedly applied for a boxing license in Nevada "and plans to become heavily involved in the sport".

"I haven't felt like this for a long time and I'm ready to show it in the ring against Anthony Joshua", Parker told Stuff. "So what the hell, why not give it a shot?"

"When you talk about Parker you talk about his speed, his stamina and he's got a good chin", Joshua said. "All the pressure's on Joshua - the surprise will be Joseph Parker".

The Englishman is a fight promoter's dream.

Both Heavyweight championships are cornerstones of a remarkable 2018 SHOWTIME CHAMPIONSHIP BOXING schedule that now includes 16 undefeated fighters and 13 world titles fights across 11 marquee events through the first six months of the year.

Restaurants will be given a subsidy of Rs 5,000 per tandoor to replace coal-based ones with electricity or gas-based variants. Sisodia, while explaining the budget details, kept on taking a dig at Baijal for not clearing numerous government's projects.

When being interviewed by SKY Sports this week, Joshua stated that he won't speculate about what he will weigh.

Parker went on to state that he was unmoved by suggestions Joshua has sought consultation from Wladimir Klitschko, who the IBF and WBA knocked out previous year at Wembley.

"AJ" is now contracted to Eddie Hearn's Matchroom stable and has insisted that he intends to stay loyal to that organisation but when Joshua feels the need to crack America, perhaps White's expertise in that lucrative market will prove a tantalising bargaining chip.

Instead, many people are talking about the very real possibility that Joshua could try his hand at MMA.

"We are looking for a much improved performance [against Joshua]". I've been riding with Eddie.

"I can say this is one of the best camps Joseph's ever had". We had a very enjoyable training camp where we've been able to get the sufficient work, some great sparring.

"We'll listen, and 100 percent if it makes sense, we're all in. Hopefully, he can add some excitement and we can progress forward and make some good money and make some good fights".
