Over the weekend, local law enforcement released surveillance video showing Riess talking to Pamela Hutchinson, 59, at the Smokin' Oyster Brewery on April 5th. Authorities say she may have targeted the woman because they look similar.

She also faces second-degree murder charges in Dodge County, Minnesota, where her husband's body was found March 23.

"The suspect Riess ... is on the loose and running", Lee County Undersheriff Carmine Marceno said Monday night.

"This stone-cold killer was smiling like anyone's mother or grandmother when she approached our victim", Marceno said.

She is known to have a gambling addiction, and often frequents casinos.

Anyone who sees Reiss is urged to call 911, and anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to call the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension or Florida authorities. Police say the same gun was used in both slayings.

In a report from CBS Minnesota, "Police went to the couple's residence in Blooming Prairie and discovered (her husband) dead inside the home".

The obituary for David Riess was published last week, and mentioned his children and grandchildren, but not wife.

Surveillance footage caught her leaving Hutchinson's home and allegedly taking her auto. "That's really the only thing that could resonate with my system.it's just evil that flowed through". "Riess' mode of operation is to befriend women who resemble her and steal their identity".

On the "Today" broadcast, Marceno said that Riess will run out of money and could possibly kill again.
