The time chosen marks the moment on June 28 police say that gunman Jarrod Ramos entered the newsroom and began firing a shotgun at employees. Investigators were reviewing his social media postings and searching his apartment.

"Mr. Ramos was obsessively angry about this particular story", McCarthy said.
The account regularly attacked the newspaper and its journalists, including a reference to the deadly shooting at the French newspaper Charlie Hebdo in 2015.
