O.J. Simpson denies murders in Sacha Baron Cohen spoof interview

  • Sacha Baron Cohen says he and guest O.J. Simpson are 'ladykillers' on Who Is America? finale

Simpson yet again professes "I didn't kill anybody", but continues to laugh it off and joke with Cohen's character.

LaVergne also said they filmed for hours and said that Simpson doesn't find the deaths of Brown Simpson and Goldman amusing "on any level" - but that it was Cohen's choice to edit it the way he did.

For a mid-credits segment, Cohen slipped in a conversation between Gio Monaldo - his aggressively unfunny, super-rich-Italian-playboy character - and O.J. Simpson. British comedian and actor Sacha Baron Cohen has pranked various Republican wing nuts like racist former Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio and Republican lawmaker Jason Spencer into saying and doing unbelievably gay things.

During the sit-down with Simpson, Baron Cohen explained he had a business partner who wanted a private meeting to discuss Simpson's ex-wife.

"She's gorgeous, but sometimes I want to kill her", Gio said, per THR's recap. "We had been divorced and separated for two years".

In what appeared to be a hotel room, Baron Cohen introduced Simpson to his girlfriend, Christina, who had trouble placing the former athlete.

"Well, first of all, she wasn't my wife".

'Queens' unite as Serena Williams meets Nicki Minaj
However, an incredible $18 million in endorsements, almost twice as much as any other female athlete, kept her in the lead. Serena Williams is the highest-paid female athlete of 2018, according to Forbes' annual list.

In another segment on the show, Cohen disguised himself as Trump supporter Dr. Billy Wayne Ruddick Jr. "No, no!" Simpson replies. "And he wants you to tell him".

"Stop, man, Jesus Christ!" said Simpson. "I didn't "get away" with nothing".

I think it's safe to say that former Congressman Barney Frank is not a fan of Dr. Billy Wayne Ruddick Jr., Cohen's Alex Jones-type character who's affiliated with a fictional site called Truthbrary.org. He then broached the subject of Nicole's murder by saying they were both "ladykillers" - prompting O.J.to state: "No, I didn't kill nobody".

"You weren't charged, so good for you", said Simpson.

The Borat star tried to get Simpson to open up about the murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown on Sunday night's season finale. You know, it's not what it sounds like.

Simpson, who was acquitted on criminal murder charges in 1995, was found liable two years later in civil court and ordered to pay $33.5 million in damages to the Brown and Goldman families.

Whether it's worth diving into the O.J. saga yet again and paying him to do so is up for debate, as are numerous things Baron Cohen did over Who Is America? Palin said Cohen was "heavily disguised" as a disabled USA veteran with "a fake wheelchair".
